Coordinate daily loan administration activities within the rental housing portfolio
Manage data entries related to loan servicing
Oversee construction and permanent loan closings
Facilitate new loan setup and onboarding
Conduct new loan servicing orientation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient loan servicing operations
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations
In-depth knowledge of rental housing finance and loan servicing practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of loan documentation standards
Preferred
Experience with affordable housing programs, such as LIHTC, HUD, and state housing finance agency programs
