The Platforms and Technology Associate will ensure the successful implementation of digital advertising campaigns, focusing on trafficking and monitoring campaigns while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Receive media plan details from investment team and implement within ad server accurately

Troubleshoot ad campaigns for delivery issues and technical concerns

Learn and master the processes and systems related to trafficking and workflow management of digital advertising campaigns

Deliver a quality of work and communication that is thorough and professional

Create, submit and QA floodlight requests to measure site traffic and media effectiveness

Participate in meetings with direct, activation and investment teams

Act as a resource for other activation and investment teams when issues and questions arise

Alert team members of internal tool issues and contribute to documentation of best practices and trafficking processes

Learn and maintain expertise in digital marketing technologies essential to digital deployment, tracking and optimization; including: Ad servers (CM360), Bulk-trafficking and automation tools (Bulkdozer, RPA bots), Viewability and ad verification (DoubleVerify, IAS), Audience Verification and brand study partners (VideoAmp, Disqo, Kantar, etc.), Digital media activation workflow
