Responsibilities

Provide analyses of end of line probe/test, parametric, and process data to source yield and qual limiting issues on new products in the technology development phase
Take the results of these analyses to fab, design, integration, and product teams to drive issues to solution
Participate in efforts to speed up analysis efficiency through scripting, dashboards creation, modeling, and advanced analytical techniques
Understand the details of electrical testing, parametric and fab data to effectively develop failure models
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to solve complex, multi-faceted issues

Required

Masters in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0

Preferred

Knowledge of Wafer fabrication, Semiconductor Device Physics, Circuit Analysis
Knowledge of Data Analysis, Big Data Analytics, Machine/Deep Learning
Programming knowledge is a plus (Python preferred)
Knowledge of Embedded Systems, SRAM, Flash, Digital and Analog Systems is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Problem solving skills, including meticulous attention to details
