Responsibilities
Complex Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage intricate scheduling for executives, including prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating future needs
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting
Task Management Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between executives and team members to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time
Follow-Up & Accountability: Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items across multiple projects and stakeholders
Communication Hub: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Anticipate needs, identify process improvements, and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent education and /or experience
Five/5 yrs or more of diversified thorough exp gained from work in various areas within the organization or similar administrative exp
Must be computer/PC competent and have exp in utilizing general administrative office procedures and practices
Preferred
Some college and/or office administrator training is desirable
