Responsibilities
Provide analytical and underwriting support for 1st Century Private Banking Team Lead
Conduct financial analysis of the borrowers and guarantors including personal and business tax returns, financial statements and other documents
Communicate findings to the head of Private Banking Team Lead, Private Banking and underwriting teams
Review and provide insight on in process work
Assist in helping the team get quick analysis done to meet fast deadlines and help prioritize workflow for a better internal and external client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business related field
Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products is required
Preferred
3+ years of experience in private bank, commercial credit analysis, financial analysis or similar related functions preferred
Experience in mortgage underwriting, strong background in TRID and mortgage compliance
Experience with Moody's RiskAnalyst and Buker Taxanalysis (or comparable analytical software) is preferred
