Nuclear Project Scheduler (8361)
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for a Nuclear Project Scheduler to work on-site with their client. The role involves scheduling project activities for Nuclear or Engineering Projects, ensuring timely and accurate schedules, and assisting project managers with various scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities
Develop detailed schedule development for assigned projects to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance and properly manage risk in a manner consistent with station procedures, processes, and goals
Assist in the upkeep of lifecycle project schedules
Maintain schedule integrity
Develop and implement scheduling methodology based on industry best practices
Support the biennial refueling outage for project scheduling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 5 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical project management
OR an associate's degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 7 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical project management
OR a high school diploma or GED and 9 years of nuclear power generation experience in a journey level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer, or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance
Good knowledge of work control processes and procedures, knowledgeable on effects of isolating, testing, and restoring plant systems and equipment
Experience with Passport or similar work management software programs and interfaces with scheduling systems
Proficiency in work management and outage work processes and procedures
Working knowledge of report development software (e.g., Crystal Reports) and database analysis
Ability to understand, apply, and model teamwork, excellence, accountability, mutual respect, and trust through open and honest communication
Ability to work with teams, disciplines, and other plant organizations to develop integrated plant schedules
Ability to direct resources and establish priorities for schedule activities
Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing
Preferred
Primavera 106 Training Certification (or equivalent), Passport to Primavera scheduling program interface, understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program, risk management processes are desired skills
Reactor Operator License desired
PMP certification desired
Crystal report writing or similar SQL based query report experience
