Qualification
Required
USCG License with Chief Engineer of any horsepower or Designated Duty Engineer of any horsepower (unlimited waters)
STCW Basic Training

Engine Room Officers in Charge of an Engineering Watch - STCW III/1
Chief Engineer - STCW III/2
Proficiency in Survival Craft - STCW IV/1 (Lifeboatman)
Advanced Firefighting - STCW VI/3
Medical First Aid - STCW VI/4
Security Awareness - STCW VI/6
