Responsibilities
Support active HRIS cleanup, optimization, and system-readiness efforts ahead of a 2026 HRIS platform transition
Work directly in the system daily — not overseeing others
Perform data cleanup, GL mapping, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting
Handle benefits and payroll file setup, testing, and validation
Exposure to compliance-related reporting (ACA, 1095s, audits, retention requirements)
Demonstrate high initiative with a true roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Maintain strong attention to data integrity, accuracy, and system logic
Qualification
Required
Strong Paycor experience (system navigation, configuration, workflows)
Comfortable working directly in the system daily — not overseeing others
Experience with data cleanup, GL mapping, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting
Hands-on benefits and payroll file setup, testing, and validation
Exposure to compliance-related reporting (ACA, 1095s, audits, retention requirements)
High initiative with a true roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Strong attention to data integrity, accuracy, and system logic
5+ years HRIS, Payroll Systems, or HR Operations experience
Preferred
Strong Paycor experience preferred
Experience with HRIS data cleanup or system transitions
Manufacturing or multi-site experience a plus
