Responsibilities

Provide technical and cloud engineering support across all Collaboration Platform applications and platforms including Writer, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud/Firefly, etc

Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate requirement into technical specifications

Perform code reviews with adherence to code standards and best practices within development team

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift

Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team(s)

Required

Robust understanding of web development technologies

Robust knowledge of CI/CD pipeline

Robust experience in using bitbucket pipeline

Robust Experience with AWS creating, deploying and managing applications in cloud

Robust experience with AWS S3, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS, IAM, CloudTrail logs, and Lambdas

Robust experience in design and developing java/python based applications ensuring performance and security

Familiar with OKTA/SSO

Desktop support background and understand onboarding 3rd party software

Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate requirement into technical specifications

Perform code reviews with adherence to code standards and best practices within development team

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
