Responsibilities
Driving excellence in the areas of people development and operational accountability and ownership
Coaching and providing development to exempt and non-exempt employees while ensuring effective operation of a distribution center
Interacting frequently with cross-functional partners and demonstrating customer-centricity, negotiation skills, and excellent relationship building skills
Implementing all company policies/procedures, employee safety, and customer centric practices
Directing, leading, and coaching both direct and indirect reports, and creating a work environment that will maximize profitability
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of Leading in P&L environment
3 or more years of facility management responsibilities
Preferred
Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
5 or more years experience working for a larger retail company managing the Logistics/ Supply Chain Distribution network
5 or more years of multiple facility operations management experience
