Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platform

Deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and tools

Lead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendations

Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows

Deploy and configure Inbenta products

Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live

Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements

Provide technical support and troubleshooting post-deployment

Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long-term success

Work closely with Product teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisions

Document technical processes and share best practices internally and with clients

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture

Hands-on experience with solution design, integration, and deployment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with a passion for customer success and team development

Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus

Preferred

Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plus
