Responsibilities
Assist with projects bidding by reviewing plans and/or take-off's and assigning costs to scopes of work
Create project submittals and shop drawings as needed
Manage project to completion by tracking work in field, managing RFI's, ASI's, change orders, purchasing and scheduling delivery of materials, and communicating the work to the field Superintendent
Qualification
Required
Must have a thorough understanding of reading project plans and specifications
Must have a thorough understanding of the different types of waterproofing products
