Responsibilities

Partner with the Benefits Manager to support and enhance Health & Welfare and Leave programs

Lead complex benefits projects, including open enrollment, evaluation of new benefits/programs, vendor implementations, communication campaigns, and other key initiatives

Provide expert guidance to Benefits team members, HRBPs, and leaders

Resolve escalated or complex employee benefit issues with accuracy, care, and sound judgment

Hold vendors accountable to high service standards and drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery

Conduct advanced data analysis and routine audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity

Recommend and implement process improvements to elevate the employee experience

Contribute to benefits communications, employee education, and enhancements to new‑hire orientation

Manage completion of specialized benefits documentation and regulatory forms
