Application Support Technician
PERRY proTECH is an employee-owned company seeking an Application Support Technician responsible for executing AMCS software installations remotely or on customer sites. The role includes providing pre- and post-sales support, installing software, and maintaining the AMCS server.

Responsibilities
Provide pre- and post-sales support to front line sales by preparing and executing assessments
Install AMCS remotely and onsite for customers
Team with Imaging Onboarding Specialist and Network Analyst to ensure all new customers and devices are reporting accurately
Provide assistance in the ongoing maintenance of the AMCS server at PERRY proTECH
Perform AMCS upgrades remotely for customer installations
Troubleshoot “stale” accounts or device issues
Assist Billing Department with meter requests
Qualification
Required
Excellent time management abilities
Excellent analytical abilities
Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
Minimum of associate's degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience
Knowledge and experience with the following communication protocols
TCIP/SNMP, DHCP and Firewall Technologies
Remote Desktop Connection Experience
Field Engineer FE grade 3
