Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and organization of the shop area such as sweeping and taking out trash
Support the shop manager and other staff members with daily tasks
Organize and maintain shop equipment and tools
Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient environment
Assist in the preparation and processing of orders
Will complete “parts run” when needed to ensure jobs are completed
Load and unload materials and products as needed
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of shop tools and equipment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
