Responsibilities
Assist in building and customizing the Developer Portal using React and Java/Spring Boot
Integrate portal features with Apigee X for API discovery, testing, and lifecycle management
Support API documentation workflows using tools like ReadMe and Swagger UI
Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT) in collaboration with Ping Identity
Ensure compliance with Huntington’s security standards and governance policies
Work with GCP services such as Cloud Run, IAM, and Cloud Armor to ensure portal reliability and security
Support CI/CD automation using Cloud Build and Terraform
Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive onboarding workflows
Provide technical support for API consumers and internal teams using the portal
Monitor portal performance and user feedback; assist in implementing enhancements
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and documentation updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years of software development experience (preferably web-based)
Familiarity with React, Java/Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
Basic understanding of API management platforms (Apigee X preferred)
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and identity integration concepts
Preferred
Exposure to GCP services (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Armor)
Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, ReadMe)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
