Responsibilities

Supporting branch clients during busy summer months and providing valuable experience in retail banking with a strong emphasis on relationship building

Enhancing customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, accurately processing transactions, researching and resolving issues, and communicating product and service opportunities

Compiling, analyzing, and validating data; generating reports; and preparing presentations incorporating tables and charts to support informed business decision-making

Responding to operational requests that support day-to-day business activities

Participating in organization-wide initiatives and working both independently and within the Marketing team

Managing marketing collateral, supporting event logistics, attending events, and engaging in community outreach

Assisting with identifying, researching, and reporting suspicious activity; reviewing system alerts; filing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs); ensuring compliance with watchlist requirements; and supporting reporting and documentation projects
