Responsibilities

Lead and oversee monthly and quarterly cash reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts

Manage the accounting and reporting of long-term debt, including new issuances, repayments, and covenant compliance

Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and settlements, ensuring accuracy across all global entities

Partner with Treasury, Tax, and Audit teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within reconciliations, reporting, and quarter-end close procedures

Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues such as debt modifications and hedge accounting

Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits

Mentor and develop accounting staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
