Educational Curriculum Sales Manager (Florida)

Uplift Aerospace is seeking an Educational Curriculum Sales Manager based in Florida to lead sales efforts with school districts and regional consortia. This role involves managing relationships and driving the adoption of their Starborn supplemental curriculum and Aerospace Technologies I high school course curriculum.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a Florida territory plan to grow district adoption and purchasing across K–12 and CTE audiences
Lead in-person presentations, curriculum demos, and stakeholder meetings with district instructional materials teams, CTE directors, principals, and teacher leaders
Navigate adoption cycles and procurement processes, including district rubrics, publisher kickoff meetings, showcases, RFPs, and bid submissions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key district and consortium decision-makers
Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive opportunities from first meeting through purchase and renewal
Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, pricing, implementation planning, and professional learning needs
Track pipeline activity and forecasts using CRM, and provide weekly updates on progress, risks, and next steps
Represent the organization at Florida events (materials showcases, conferences, CTE convenings, and district curriculum meetings)

Required

Florida-based with ability to travel statewide for in-person meetings and events
Education background: experience as a teacher, instructional coach, school leader, or district administrator
Curriculum sales background: 3+ years selling instructional materials, curriculum, or edtech into K–12 districts
Demonstrated ability to present to diverse stakeholders (district staff, principals, teachers, procurement)
Working knowledge of district purchasing, instructional materials review processes, and adoption cycle
Strong written communication skills (district-ready emails, follow-up summaries, and proposal collaboration)
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a large territory with multiple concurrent opportunities
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly

Preferred

Prior experience with CTE programs (career pathways, workforce partners, or state CTE frameworks)
Familiarity with Florida district structures, regional consortia, and instructional materials procurement processes
Experience supporting RFP responses, bids, and procurement documentation
Existing relationships with Florida district curriculum leaders or CTE directors
