Corporate Sales Trainer (Remote)

Responsibilities
This matrixed role reports to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales Training, with whom you will form partnership to deliver sales training for our core learning groups
You will support projects involved in the development and delivery of training curriculum for customer-facing sales teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to sales training, HCP marketing, customer operations, tech support, clinical and regulatory groups, as well as external partners
You will demonstrate and leverage your leadership, sales, and technical skills by deploying multiple training programs for new hires, active sales teams, and their leadership groups
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will work with the US Design, Development & Regional Field Training teams on planning & facilitating new hire onboarding, on-going training, and continuous learning programs for sales teams
You are an adaptive learner who excels in a dynamic work environment leading and executing on training projects with live instructor lead formats or virtual presentations
You will learn, adapt, coach, and certify on the Dexcom Selling Model to support all sales learning activities for new hire onboarding, advanced sales training, and other development program initiatives
Qualification
Required
Previous diabetes-related medical and/or pharmaceutical sales experience with a 2+ year record of success
Strong organization and selling skills
Understanding of the competencies of medical and/or pharmaceutical sales representatives
Ability to teach core technical skills to drive behaviors for success
Working knowledge of sales data analytics, metrics and translation
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or evening work
Overnight travel to corporate headquarters and regional meetings
Fluency in the English language
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
