Responsibilities
Perform physical work in a manufacturing setting
Assemble goods on a production line
Monitor the production process for any issues or malfunctions
Ensure consistent speed and accuracy on the production line, making sure the production daily goal is met
Maintain waste and efficiency standards
Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and specifications
Must effectively work and communicate with other team members to provide products and services of the highest quality
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform highly detailed and repetitive work
Preferred
Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
