Regional Human Resources Manager
New Horizons Baking Company, in operation since 1967, produces ready-to-eat hamburger buns, English muffins and pancakes for some of the most iconic brands in the country. They are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead and facilitate the development of a positive and inclusive work environment while collaborating with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Build effective partnerships within the HR team, the leadership team and with all other business partners
Be visible and act as a trusted advisor and resource for all associates
Coach, counsel and guide leaders to help identify and solve issues, drive communication, development and overall leadership effectiveness
Lead end-to-end recruitment of hourly associates, sourcing to onboarding
Flexibility to travel to multi-site operations and work during different shifts, per business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory, talent and positive associate relations experience
Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills
Flexibility to travel to multi-site operations and work during different shifts, per business needs
Preferred
Multi-site operations, union and non-union experience preferred
Bilingual - English and Spanish proficiency highly preferred
