Responsibilities
Own the project lifecycle – from planning to completion
Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution
Keep projects on schedule and within budget
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and food safety standards
Maintain quality control and resolve issues quickly
Serve as the go-to communicator for stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Site Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role
Strong understanding of manufacturing project management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Certifications like PMP or OSHA 30
Experience managing multi-phase or multi-contractor projects
