Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient data pipelines in Azure Databricks
Optimize workflows to enhance performance and scalability
Collaborate with development teams to integrate event-driven triggers
Ensure data integrity through quality checks and error handling
Support both batch and near-real-time data processing for diverse use cases
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines in Azure Databricks
Experience with optimizing ETL/ELT workflows for performance and scalability
Ability to collaborate with Java/API developers for event-driven data pipelines
Strong skills in implementing data quality checks, schema validation, and error handling
Experience supporting batch and near-real-time data flows for operational and analytics use cases
Familiarity with working with Boomi and WFM teams to enforce data contracts and canonical models
Preferred
Experience with systems such as SAP, PIPS, POS, WFM, and UKG
8-10 years of experience in the field
Skills in digital platforms, specifically Databricks
