Responsibilities

Lead and evolve our enterprise analytics function, including dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics
Own the analytics product portfolio supporting Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Product, and Finance
Establish standards for data quality, accessibility, and governance to ensure consistent, reliable information
Partner closely with IT and data engineering to align analytics delivery with enterprise data strategy
Oversee the full BI lifecycle—from requirements through adoption and ongoing improvement
Implement analytics operations practices to support scalable, repeatable analytics and model deployment

Required

Proven experience building and leading enterprise analytics or BI teams
Strong expertise in data governance, data quality, and analytics product management
Ability to translate business needs into clear analytics priorities and solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with modern BI platforms, data visualization, and analytics operations concepts
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of analytics, BI, or data management experience, including 5+ years in leadership

Preferred

Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry is a plus
