Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage outbound marketing campaigns focused on lead generation
Create and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp (and similar platforms)
Build and segment targeted prospect lists
Test creative messaging, subject lines, and campaign strategies to improve engagement
Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, leads generated, etc.)
Collaborate with sales to continuously improve lead quality
Brainstorm and implement creative outreach ideas across email and other outbound channels
Qualification
Required
Experience with outbound marketing or lead generation
Hands-on knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
Strong copywriting skills with a creative mindset
Data-driven thinker who understands testing and optimization
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in financial services or lending
Familiarity with CRM systems
Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email compliance best practices
