As a Contract Learning Experience Designer, you'll help districts adapt HQIM into engaging digital learning resources and work directly with ELA curricula to create and scale relevant content.

Responsibilities
Dive deeply into the scope and sequence of a given ELA curriculum to understand implementation challenges and supplemental needs
Create exemplar bundles of content using Brisk’s various generative outputs- Boost activities, podcasts, assessments, etc
Scale exemplar bundles to the entirety of the scope and sequence
Interface with district administrators to solicit feedback on our approach and iterate content to meet their needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of US-based teaching experience in 3rd-8th grade ELA
Experience working with ELA HQIM, with a preference for EL Education and/or Wit & Wisdom
Availability to work 20-40 hours per week for 8 weeks (contract may be extended longer depending on need)
Strong organizational skills with project management experience
Strong working knowledge of and experience with best practices in integrating AI tools into instruction
