Responsibilities
Work extensively in the onsite lab performing assessments on Instruments using an array of different assays and tissue samples
Help with the creation of design inputs for the new system
Write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols
Plan and execute assigned projects; utilizing thorough technical and theoretical understanding of numerous techniques
Perform data analyses, evaluation of results, forming of conclusions and providing/implementing process or document improvements
Contribute to project planning, process updating and experimental design
Ensure quality control of work product
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-starting approach
Exhibit a strong capacity for innovation and creativity, with a dedication to process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Biomedical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
2-5 years of experience in Systems Characterization Protocols
2-5 years of experience in Design of Experiments
2-5 years of experience in Test Method Validation
Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols
Planning and execution of assigned projects; utilizing thorough technical and theoretical understanding of numerous techniques
Experience in data analyses, evaluation of results, forming of conclusions and providing/implementing process or document improvements
Skilled at project planning, process updating and contributing to experimental design
Excellent technical presentation skills
Quality control of work product
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-starting approach
Motivated, hands-on engineer who is highly coachable
Possesses a strong capacity for innovation and creativity, with a dedication to process optimization
