Graduate - Specialist Business Systems Analysis

Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end)
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and senior developers to deliver features that align with business and user needs
Participating in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex challenges to senior experts or 'Chapters' as needed
Documenting functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals
Supporting the migration and integration of applications across data centers and cloud environments, as relevant to ongoing IT RDI initiatives
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Familiarity with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and version control (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, cross-functional team
Preferred
Willingness to work in a product-centric structure, with a focus on ownership and accountability for delivered features
Openness to cross-team collaboration and sharing best practices, avoiding siloed development
Flexibility to support projects across different locations (e.g., Lexington, AMD, BLR), as hiring and project needs evolve
Commitment to accurate documentation of requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
Awareness of resource management practices, including the ability to adapt to shifting project priorities and team assignments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Participation in open-source projects or relevant internships
Effective communication and teamwork
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
