Responsibilities
Assist in the management of global insurance programs, including builders’ risk, owner-controlled insurance program, property, casualty, liability, auto, and executive risk lines
Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including data collection, exposure analysis, and submission preparation across regions
Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, endorsements, insurance documentation, and broker correspondence
Review of insurance certificates to ensure compliance with vendor agreements
Consult brokers alongside insurers to resolve coverage questions and support underwriting requests
Maintain and coordinate risk and insurance documentation related to both operational and construction, including claims logs, policy schedules, and insurance invoices
Coordinate risk-related meetings with global teams and outside partners, including scheduling, agenda creation, minute-taking, and action tracking
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal collaborators and senior leadership
Support the development and maintenance of risk management policies, procedures, and training materials
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal partners regarding document sharing
Track insurance claims globally, including intake, documentation, coordination with adjusters, and internal reporting
Assist in compiling claims data and preparing summaries for leadership and insurers
Support post-incident analysis and documentation for lessons learned and future mitigation
Handle additional duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related administrative support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with risk or insurance management systems is a plus
High attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities and deadlines
Travel required is expected to be up to 5-10% but may increase over time as the business evolves
