Responsibilities
Manage multiple medium size projects and/or smaller adhoc requests with critical due dates based on regulatory commitments
Coordinate a team of matrixed resources across different business support groups
Facilitate meetings with business and IT/Cyber resources to gain consensus on issues, how those issues relate to original requirements and ensure that any new or modified requirements are captured and escalated to lead PM
Anticipate, document, and monitor issues and risks
Ensure development and maintenance of appropriate project documentation and records of assumptions, important events, decisions, actions, or problems
Act as single point of contact for all testing deliverables and provides clarifications to testing requirements
Lead defect triage meetings, prioritization of defects, and ensure test scripts are refined to test any defects during the testing phases
Ability to effectively apply structured project management methodologies
Demonstrate effective project management skills, especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates
Effective interpersonal, human relations and communications skills. Works efficiently with customers, teammates, and management
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately using oral and written communications. Effective presentation skills
Effectively negotiates with others to reach agreement which will meet the organization’s needs
Ability to conduct effective meetings
Ability to effectively apply established project standards and change management processes
Proficiency to Expertise level experience in Client Project and Client Office Suite
Ability to respond, adapt and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Previous Compliance/Cyber experience is a plus
