Responsibilities

Overseeing the full product lifecycle, from technical specifications to business strategies

Writing designs, testing, and supporting software applications for our Voice applications

Serving as the key liaison between cross-functional teams, including but not limited to; Change Management, Hardware Engineers, Design, Software Development, and the Call Center

Conducting customer research (both in person and via video)

Managing priorities

Evaluating product success

Assisting in planning the product roadmap

Qualification

Telecommunications knowledgeWeb service APIsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Utilize problem-solving skills to address technical challenges

Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Preferred

Familiarity with phone systems or telecommunications is a plus

Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Familiarity with web service APIs is a plus
