They are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to implement reliability strategies across product phases and support an engineering team in ensuring product reliability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

Implement reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainment

Support an engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience and engineering sub-disciplines

Conduct and lead analysis efforts supporting system design with respect to product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action

Work in reliability disciplines including FMECA, Predictions and Derating

Support and lead other Reliability engineers including coaching

Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience

Experience with reliability requirements, analyses and/or test methodology development

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience with FMECA, Reliability Predictions, ESS, Derating, FRACA

Experience in supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams

Customer focus and collaboration skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office tools, and experience in the preparation and presentation of briefing material

Ability to review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards with the ability to identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure
