Responsibilities
Fullstack Development: Design and implement new features across both the front-end and back-end of our platform, using modern technologies such as React , Java , Spring Boot
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to understand requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions
Build and Maintain APIs: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to connect the front-end with back-end services. Ensure seamless communication between the different layers of the application
Database Management: Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL ) to design schemas, write SQL queries, and optimize database performance
UI/UX Development: Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React , HTML/CSS , and JavaScript, ensuring a great user experience
Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, debug code, and ensure the application is free of bugs and performance issues
Documentation & Code Reviews: Contribute to project documentation and participate in peer code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Fullstack Development: Experience with Java (Spring Boot), React, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles
Strong knowledge of web technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React (or Angular/Vue.js)
Experience with Databases: Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases, ability to write optimized SQL queries, and an understanding of database design
Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration in a team environment
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across the stack
Excellent communication skills – ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate technical concepts effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or containerization technologies like Docker
Experience with CI/CD tools or Agile methodologies
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, PyTest, Jest)
