Greet employees and guests warmly and professionally
Answer and transfer phone calls as needed
Sign for incoming packages and notify the recipient promptly
Manage incoming mail and handle shipments via FedEx and UPS
Update shipment statuses and manage front desk emails
Stock the break room with necessary supplies like coffee and water
Qualification
Required
Open to entry level Bachelor's Degree that graduated recently
1+ year of recent receptionist, front desk, or administrative work (if not Bachelor's Degree)
Strong clerical and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Highschool Diploma/GED minimum
Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized
Possess a positive attitude and team-player mentality
Confidence in greeting and engaging with visitors
