Vice President MSP Sales
Delve Search & Recruiting is a top-five healthcare MSP that has been operating at national scale for over 20 years. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales & Strategic Partnerships to shape national growth strategy while being hands-on in complex MSP sales processes and building relationships with C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
Own national enterprise sales strategy across nursing and allied MSP programs
Personally source, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale hospital and health system agreements
Lead long-cycle, high-stakes sales processes involving executive, legal, procurement, and clinical stakeholders
Build direct, trusted relationships with C-suite and senior hospital leadership
Structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements
Partner closely with internal operations, delivery, and executive teams to ensure successful implementation and growth
Represent the organization in executive meetings, industry forums, and strategic discussions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of senior MSP sales leadership experience in healthcare staffing
Demonstrated success within top-tier MSP programs (Top 8 nationally)
Proven ability to access, influence, and sell to hospital C-suite executives
Track record of closing complex, enterprise-level healthcare agreements
Experience across both nursing and allied workforce solutions
Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and strategic judgment
