Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, and vendors
Monitor site health, engagement, SEO, and conversion metrics
Support CMS operations, tagging accuracy, and platform governance
Assist with experimentation, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing
