They are seeking a Safety Management Technician to ensure the safety and well-being of patients through effective monitoring and therapeutic interaction.

Responsibilities

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and use good judgment

Ability to lift heavy objects, walk or stand a minimum of 80% of time on shift, bend at waist and knees, use upper extremities (hands) to hold, grasp and manipulate work materials

Ability to administer CPR and perform T.O

Ability to work overtime hours

Ability to distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate client behavior through observing conversing and listening

Ability to interact with clients in a therapeutic manner

Ability to monitor and report changes in patients’ medical and psychiatric status to supervisor
