Responsibilities
Lead UX discovery and problem framing across multiple consumer web experiences
Use analytics, heatmaps, recordings, and research to identify friction and opportunities
Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams
Deliver polished UI and contribute to a shared, cross-brand design system
Optimize experiences through A/B testing and performance insights
Champion UX best practices, accessibility, and design quality across stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Digital UI/UX leadership
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from concept to execution
Deep experience with responsive web design and accessibility standards
Comfortable working with GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools
Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout)
Product-minded and confident translating ambiguity into action
