Responsibilities

Assist with planning and organizing company events, trade shows, webinars, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends to help inform marketing strategies
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights on effectiveness and areas for improvement using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance metrics
Work with internal teams (sales, customer service, product development, etc.) to gather insights and create cohesive marketing materials and campaigns for corporate gifts, tradeshows and sponsorship
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, responding to RFP's and tracking project timelines
Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
Develop and curate content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the company website. This may include writing copy, editing visuals, and managing content calendars
Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging posts and interacting with followers
Help maintain consistency of branding and messaging across all marketing materials, including creating or assisting with the design of graphics, flyers, and promotional materials

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity and attention to detail in both design and messaging
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for marketing and staying current with the latest trends in digital marketing
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
