Responsibilities

A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan
Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries
Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty
Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals
Able to be On-Call during non-working office hours every 4 - 6 weeks for a full week
Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours
Provide administrative support to technicians and field management
Track service vehicles via Samsara
Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders
Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals

Qualification

Required

At least 2 years of experience
Pleasant, positive, professional attitude
Adept at building rapport with customers and have a customer-centric thought process
Capacity to deal with frequently-changing priorities
Temperament to handle stress effectively: remaining calm and focused in a hectic environment
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities
Detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

$200 stipend for their on call week
