Responsibilities

Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data

Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc

Providing data to managers, investors, and other entities

Maintaining accurate financial records

Computing sales taxes

Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and forecasts

Clean background check

Has a computer with a 3G/Cable or higher internet connection and home office space

Has a cell phone with multiple e-mail identity capabilities - we will reimburse the data portion of your service up to $35/mo

Has a bachelor's degree in accounting and/or has worked under a CFO for at least the last 4 years or has commensurate experience

Has QuickBooks™ Online ProAdvisor Certification or is willing to get it before they can take our skills test

Has advanced, multi-industry experience with QuickBooks Online accounting software and can pass a skills test to prove it

Works well with team members - we encourage an environment of support and collaboration while expecting you will be personally responsible for successfully meeting all of your clients' service deadlines

Works well with clients - we insist upon excellent customer service, especially during challenging times - those clients that took the effort to win over are today our very best advocates

Must be technologically inclined - we use multiple applications and software to support our clients services as well as a workflow program
