Program Manager
D&G Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support USTRANSCOM's Global Contested Logistics Posture Management program, leading a dynamic, fast-moving team supporting the Department of War-wide initiative. The ideal candidate will manage complex logistics programs while ensuring alignment with DoD goals and delivering on contract success.

Responsibilities
Overall Program Leadership: Accountable for the entire contract’s success, ensuring it meets the Global Contested Logistics Posture Management (GCLPM) initiative requirements and deliverables
Serves as the primary point of contact with government program authorities
Manages and reports on the costs, schedule and performance of the program
Supervises contractor staff, including hiring, performance, and task assignment
Develops roadmaps, sets objectives, and ensures alignment with DoD goals
Manage and ensure quality of team deliverables, to include weekly and monthly status reports, briefing, progress updates, papers, strategies and other documents to support all performance work statement (PWS) requirements
Create and manage knowledge management program within team, to include maintaining file plan and team artifacts
Support enterprise-wide governance meetings, to include facilitation, content creation and documenting and tracking action items
Qualification
Required
10 years of Department of War Logistics Program Management experience
Experience at USTRANSCOM, or CCMD, Service HQ staff
PMP or similar certification
Proven experience working directly with senior leadership, managing strategic initiatives, and influencing decision-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, inquisitive, and intuitive approach to challenges
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to manage confidential data and executive-level discussions with professionalism and discretion
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with efficient and effective time management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating complex ideas to Action Officers and Senior Leaders across the Joint Force
Knowledge Management experience with SharePoint, Maven Smart Systems or similar programs
SECRET clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
