Consulting Manager - Strategic Program Management

As a Consulting Manager, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives in strategic program management, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and execution while overseeing integrated programs that drive transformational change and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities
Lead complex transformation engagements or workstreams from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, clear governance, and measurable outcomes
Build and manage strategic programs by defining scope, establishing structure, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional execution
Assess, redesign, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and support scalable operating models
Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies informed by data analysis, process mapping, and structured problem solving
Lead operational improvement and enterprise transformation programs that align people, processes, and technology for sustainable impact
Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to track progress and sustain performance improvements
Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions with executives and cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and build organizational alignment
Design and execute change management and training programs—including stakeholder engagement, communication, capability-building, and adoption planning—to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success
Build and nurture long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent delivery of value
Qualification
Required
4+ years of management consulting or strategic program management experience driving cross-functional transformation in complex environments
Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Program Management, Organizational Change Enablement, Business Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Comfort working in ambiguous environments, learning new domains quickly, and driving structure and accountability
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in dynamic environments
Experience with change management in complex organizations
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives effectively
Willingness to travel to client's office in New York City as needed
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Industry experience in financial services, banking, or compliance is a plus
MBA preferred
