Inside Sales Representative (Oilfield Services, Mandarin Required) (Permian Basin)

Jereh North American Group is a growing global energy technology company seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for their Oilfield Services business in the Permian Basin. The role involves supporting sales execution, customer engagement, and coordination with internal and global teams, with a focus on hydraulic fracturing and related well service equipment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the internal sales point of contact for assigned customers and account managers
Manage daily sales activities including quotations, order entry, pricing support, contract documentation, and customer inquiries
Support sales execution by tracking opportunities, assisting with proposals, and maintaining CRM accuracy
Provide commercial and technical sales support related to hydraulic fracturing and other OFS equipment
Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and after-sales service teams
Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with internal stakeholders, including China-based teams
Monitor customer requirements, lead times, and inventory availability to proactively address issues
Ensure a high level of customer responsiveness and service

Required

3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination within the oilfield services industry
Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic fracturing operations, equipment, or related OFS products
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
Strong understanding of sales processes including quotations, order management, and pricing support
Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
supporting OFS or frac equipment: 3 years (Required)
working with global manufacturing teams: 2 years (Required)
Inside sales: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience supporting large OFS clients or Permian Basin operations
Familiarity with global manufacturing environments and cross-cultural business communication
Prior experience working closely with field sales or key account managers
Exposure to contract support, pricing strategy, or sales analytics
