Responsibilities
Develops and executes effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, for a variety of shared services positions
Builds strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultation and guidance throughout the recruitment process
Establishes rapport with internal and external candidates to foster trust and engagement
Creates and manages requisitions for open positions, ensuring timely approvals and tracking progress throughout the hiring process
Posts and refreshes job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and the organization’s career site, and identifies new marketing opportunities to enhance visibility
Screens applicants, conducts in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person, and evaluates candidates’ qualifications to determine fit for roles
Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and a positive candidate experience
Negotiates job offers with selected candidates to achieve successful outcomes, balancing organizational and candidate needs
Provides onboarding support by ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and documentation for orientation deadlines
Communicates benefits, job expectations, and other relevant information to candidates prior to their start date
Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate data in applicant tracking systems and builds talent pipelines for frequently hired positions
Delivers rejection communications with professionalism and a customer-service approach, fostering long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Collaborates with hiring managers and leadership during strategy meetings to clarify expectations, align on processes, and provide regular status updates
Advises hiring managers on selection decisions based on candidate feedback, assessments, and references
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains regular and reliable attendance
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma or GED required
2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
