Brand Consultant
LHH is an organization focused on early career development, and they are seeking an Early Career Development Lead to shape and deliver their enterprise-wide early career learning strategy. This role involves designing and implementing high-impact learning solutions, partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and engagement, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes and talent growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive early career development strategy aligned to enterprise talent priorities, business goals, and future skill needs
Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to define early career capability frameworks, career pathways, and development milestones
Ensure early career programs support retention, mobility, and long-term leadership pipelines
Design, curate, and deliver scalable learning solutions, including onboarding, core skills, leadership readiness, and role-based development
Apply modern learning principles (blended learning, cohort-based experiences, experiential learning, and digital solutions) to maximize impact
Facilitate and oversee high-quality learning experiences for early career populations, both virtually and in person
Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR stakeholders, translating business challenges into targeted development solutions
Collaborate across lines of business to ensure consistency while allowing flexibility for role-specific needs
Influence without authority to align stakeholders around shared early career development priorities
Own program governance, timelines, budgets, and measurement across all early career initiatives
Establish success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness using learner feedback, performance data, and business outcomes
Continuously improve offerings based on insights, trends, and evolving organizational needs
Ensure a cohesive, inclusive, and engaging learner experience across the early career lifecycle
Champion career progression, self-directed learning, and capability ownership for early career talent
Stay current on external trends in early career development, learning technology, and workforce transformation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Early Career programs
Demonstrated experience building and leading enterprise-wide learning strategies
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program management skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across complex organizations
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Consulting mindset and ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Data-driven approach to measuring learning impact
Passion for early career talent, inclusion, and future-ready workforce development
Preferred
Advanced degree or certification in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field
