Oversee production schedule and quality standards of the department
Oversee and ensure safety of team
Responsible for continuous improvement and cost control of the group - scrap and rework improvements, control cost of manufacturing process, prepare material and present monthly meetings
Supervise employees - train employees, update records, write and present employee evaluations, assist in hiring for department, set goals and track progress of department
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership abilities
Effective communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
Basic financial understanding
