The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Digital Transformation PMO Intern to support the Project Management Office for a digital transformation initiative within their R&D organization. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management practices and work closely with project managers and cross-functional R&D stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and innovation delivery.

Responsibilities

Support PMO activities for digital transformation projects within R&D

Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, risk logs, and action trackers

Help collect, analyze, and report project performance metrics (e.g., timelines, milestones, KPIs)

Support preparation of project documentation, presentations, and status reports for leadership reviews

Assist with change management activities, including communication materials and training coordination

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025

Strong interest in digital transformation, project management, and R&D environments

Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., scope, schedule, risks, milestones)

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)

Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other modern delivery methodologies

Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
