Responsibilities

Grow our business with targeted accounts by managing top and bottom lines
Pursue business opportunities using our capabilities and industry differentiating offerings
Develop strategic account plans and share with the company partners
Cultivate customer relationships
Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
Maintain partnership with internal stakeholders
Use your organized, strategic, and proactive-mindset to lead a team spirit attitude with partners
Manage projects from brief to implementation working with the creative teams, regulatory, and customer care teams to provide a seamless customer experience
Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

Required

Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of overall experience, with current role being a technical product customer-facing
Desire to establish communication and engagement with prospects
Project management skills
Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
Customer Relationship Management
Passion for the Fragrance Industry & Competence in olfactive knowledge and perfumery language
Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements helpful
